Returns & Shipping

Returns-

We offer size exchanges and refunds within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your garment(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them. If this is not the case, we will be unable to process an exchange or refund for you.

If you decide that you want to return one or more garments, please reach out to us via email (hello@fodla.ie). Include your order number, the name of the garment(s) you wish to return along with the reasoning, i.e. incorrect size, and whether you would like a size exchange or a refund. As a small start-up, we currently do not cover the postage cost of return items or the cost of sending out a new garment to you. In the near future we hope to be in a position to cover the postage costs of sending out exchanged items to you.

We strongly recommend that you hold onto your shipping receipt until you get a confirmation email from us that your package is back at Fódla HQ. If we don’t receive your package, unfortunately we cannot facilitate a size exchange or refund.

Don’t forget to include the following in your parcel before sending it off: Name, Order Number and Reason for Return. If you opt for an exchange, your new Fódla garment will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day. Our dispatch days are WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY. Alternatively, if you decide you would like a refund, the value of the returned product(s) will be visible in your payment method within 14 days of your confirmation email.

If you received your Fódla garment damaged or faulty please contact us at hello@fodla.ie and we will issue a replacement or refund for you.

Irish Standard Shipping- €5.

Northern Ireland Standard Shipping- €6.

UK Standard Shipping- €7.50.

USA Standard Shipping- €10.

 

 

An Post’s latest guidelines are that you can expect to receive your package in 3-5 working days once you receive your shipping confirmation email.
